| 中文摘要:为开发以去氢木香内酯为核心的烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci绿色防控产品,测定去氢木香内酯与噻虫嗪和氟啶虫胺腈两种杀虫剂复配对烟粉虱的室内毒力,并测定室内毒力较好组合的田间防效及其对辣椒农艺性状和产量的影响。结果显示:去氢木香内酯与噻虫嗪和氟啶虫胺腈复配均对烟粉虱有增效作用,其中噻虫嗪+去氢木香内酯的增效比(2.215)高于氟啶虫胺腈+去氢木香内酯的增效比(1.409);施药后3 d和9 d,54.688 mg/L 25%噻虫嗪与2μg/mL去氢木香内酯复配对烟粉虱的校正防效分别为76.76%和87.08%,显著高于54.688 mg/L 25%噻虫嗪的校正防效。此外,20μg/mL去氢木香内酯可显著促进辣椒生长,显著提高辣椒产量。表明去氢木香内酯具有作为绿色植保增效剂和植物生长调节剂的双重应用潜力。 |

| Abstract:To develop a green prevention and control product against the tobacco whitefly Bemisia tabaci with dehydrocostus lactone as the core component, laboratory toxicity tests were conducted on the combinations of dehydrocostus lactone with two insecticides, thiamethoxam and sulfoxaflor. The combination showing better laboratory toxicity was selected for field trials, in which its field control efficacy and effects on pepper agronomic traits and yield were evaluated. The results showed that the combinations of dehydrocostus lactone with both thiamethoxam and sulfoxaflor exhibited synergistic efficacy against B. tabaci. The synergistic ratio of the thiamethoxam + dehydrocostus lactone combination(2.215) was higher than that of the sulfoxaflor + dehydrocostus lactone combination(1.409). At three and nine days after application, the corrected control efficacy of the combination of 54.688 mg/L 25% thiamethoxam with dehydrocostus lactone against B. tabaci was 76.76% and 87.08%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of 54.688 mg/L 25% thiamethoxam alone at the same concentration. Furthermore, 20 μg/mL dehydrocostus lactone significantly promoted pepper growth and increased pepper yield. These results demonstrate that dehydrocostus lactone can serve as both a green plant protection synergist and plant growth regulator with dual application prospects. |
