中文摘要:新德里番茄曲叶病毒(tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus,Begomovirus solanumdelhiense)隶属于双生病毒科Geminiviridae菜豆金色花叶病毒属Begomovirus,是一种由烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci传播的植物病毒。近年来,该病毒已传入我国多地并在茄科及葫芦科作物上快速蔓延,造成严重的经济损失。该文系统综述了ToLCNDV的基因组结构、遗传分化及其传播途径,重点阐述了烟粉虱传播该病毒的过程以及影响烟粉虱传播ToLCNDV效率的关键因素,主要包括烟粉虱不同隐种的传毒能力、病毒不同支系的特性差异,以及寄主植物的调控作用。并从病毒-媒介-寄主互作机制、检测技术、防控策略方面进行展望,以期深化对ToLCNDV-烟粉虱互作关系的认知,为该新发植物病毒的科学防控提供理论依据与参考。

Abstract:Tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus(ToLCNDV, Begomovirus solanumdelhiense), an important member of the family Geminiviridae and the genus Begomovirus, is a plant virus transmitted by the tobacco whitefly Bemisia tabaci. In recent years, it has invaded many regions of China, spreading rapidly in solanaceous and cucurbit crops and inflicting severe economic losses. This review systematically summarizes the genomic structure, genetic differentiation, and multiple transmission routes of ToLCNDV, with a focus on the transmission process of this virus by B. tabaci. We also summarize the critical factors influencing the transmission efficiency of ToLCNDV by B. tabaci, including the divergent transmission capacities among different cryptic species of B. tabaci, the varying transmission efficiencies of different lineages of ToLCNDV in distinct B. tabaci cryptic species, and the regulatory effects of host plants on virus transmission behavior of B. tabaci based on viral load and plant volatile profiles. In addition, prospects are put forward from the aspects of virus-vector-host interaction mechanisms, detection technologies and prevention strategies, aiming to deepen the understanding of the interaction between ToLCNDV and B. tabaci and provide theoretical basis and reference for the scientific prevention and control of this emerging plant viral disease.
