中文摘要:为明确植物挥发物和梨小食心虫Grapholita molesta成虫日龄与交配状态之间的互作效应,应用触角电位仪测定梨小食心虫不同日龄雌成虫对不同剂量6种植物挥发物的触角电位(electroantennogram,EAG)反应。结果表明:日龄和剂量2个因子在梨小食心虫雌成虫对苯甲醛、苯甲腈、壬醛及α-法呢烯4种物质的EAG反应中存在显著的互作效应,且对相同剂量挥发物的EAG修正值整体呈现随日龄增大而逐渐增加的趋势,超过5日龄后增加趋势趋于平缓。交配状态和剂量2个因子在梨小食心虫5日龄雌成虫对苯甲腈和顺-3-己烯乙酸酯的EAG反应中存在互作效应,交配雌成虫对癸醛的EAG修正值始终高于未交配雌成虫,随着剂量的升高,交配雌成虫对α-法呢烯和壬醛的EAG修正值大幅增加;未交配雌成虫对0.01 μg/μL和0.1 μg/μL苯甲醛以及1、10和100 μg/μL顺-3-己烯乙酸酯的EAG修正值最大,交配雌成虫对0.01 μg/μL苯甲腈、0.1 μg/μL和1 μg/μL壬醛、10 μg/μL顺-3-己烯乙酸酯以及100 μg/μL癸醛的EAG修正值最大。表明梨小食心虫日龄、交配状态是影响其对各种植物挥发物反应的重要因素。 |

Abstract:To elucidate the interaction between the dosage of plant volatiles, age and mating status of oriental fruit moth Grapholita molesta, the electroantennogram (EAG) responses of female adult G. molesta at various ages to five different doses of six plant volatiles were measured. The results showed that a significant interaction effect between age and dose was observed in the EAG responses of female G. molesta to four volatiles: benzaldehyde, benzonitrile, nonanal and farnesene. The EAG response of G. molesta to volatiles at a fixed dose gradually increased with age, stabilizing after five days. When G. molesta was five days old, an interaction between mating status and dosage was observed in the EAG responses to benzaldehyde and cis-3-hexenyl acetate. Decanal elicited higher EAG responses in mated females than in unmated ones across all treatments. As the dosage increased, the EAG responses of mated females to farnesene and nonanal significantly increased. Unmated G. molesta females exhibited the highest EAG responses to benzaldehyde (0.01 μg/μL and 0.1 μg/μL) and cis-3-hexenyl acetate (1, 10 and 100 μg/μL), while mated females showed the highest EAG responses to benzonitrile (0.01 μg/μL), nonanal (0.1 μg/μL and 1 μg/μL), cis-3-hexenyl acetate (10 μg/μL), and decanal (100 μg/μL). These results indicate that the age and mating status of G. molesta crucial factors influencing their EAG responses to host plant volatiles. |
